The Gator Premium's handle has an inner core of glass-filled nylon, with Gator Grip®, a rubberized reptilian textured exterior to provide a solid, non-slip grip in any wet, cold, hot, or dry environment. The blade's serrated thumb rest and stainless steel finger guard enhance user control, while protecting the hand from sliding forward onto the blade. A premium CPM-S30V steel blade holds an edge through the roughest cutting tasks. The steel pommel has a lanyard hole.
