Bought a 2 pack of cameras and external battery packs. Right out of the box one camera connected and the other didn't. Called the support number and they sent me out a used one to replace it. This camera had the same issue and won't connect to the Internet. Call support again. They said they'll be sending me a brand new one. Next camera comes in and again used and scratched. Not sure what company sends "remanufactured" broken cameras in replace of the cost of a brand new one?
