I read other reviews, and purchased this one for it's price-point, material durability, high wheels, non-plastic spokes, and solid tires. Initially, I wanted a chinese wheelbarrow model like the high end products, but for that price I will build one myself this year out of a motorcycle tire and bent conduit piping.
However, although I felt this was put together solidly, I had worries on its: plastic wheels, the hitch pins, and the durability to withstand rough New Mexico high rock country. I packed it with about 120lb of gear and headed up the sharp rocky trail that took me 5 hours. You'll end up pulling it 95% of the time, so do get good forearm workouts in months in advance. It withstood all the sharp rocks, jostling and bangings, and everything held together very well. EXCELLENT clearance too I might add. The pins didn't come off at any point, and I bought extras just in case I lost one on the way.
Balance of your load will be key, going up-hill you'll want it slightly back towards you. Coming back down, slightly away from you and the center.
Coming downhill has it's own issues, and sometimes the run-away-cart game works by letting gravity get you over those tree roots/rocks that try to stop your momentum. But it's costly if you lose control. It took me 2.5hrs to come down the 3mi. Again, I was behind it 95% of the time.
Last comments are to use a tarp or cargo-net to rope everything down tight and keep anything off the wheels. I used bungie cords in the beginning, but less than a mile in I needed to rope it down anyways.
